At Intelligentsia, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or replace.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unused equipment or merchandise in its original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Processing and Refund

After our quality control team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
